Cadbury, now part of Wyvale Garden Centres, had a requirement to evaluate their energy consumption and usage and deployed SIG devices in order to understand where electricity is being used across the site.

The first priority was to highlight areas of inordinately high usage and secondly to apply base-load alerts to highlight exceptional consumption outside normal trading hours.
By setting these alerts, equipment is no longer left running overnight.
SIG enabled Cadbury to change these thresholds in areas to suit seasonal demands and sales displays were re-located around the store to maximise the savings potential.
SIG are now also deploying water meters to provide information on consumption and usage around the facility.
